Complimentary Shuttle: A Chartair courtesy bus will collect you and your luggage from the Darwin Airport terminal.
Private Lounge: Relax in the exclusive Chartair private lounge before your flight. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and cold refreshments while the team handles your check-in.
Secure Storage: If you have extra luggage or hard suitcases that exceed our limits, you may store them securely at the lounge to be collected upon your return to Darwin.

Essential Luggage & Weight Requirements

Operating in one of the most remote corners of Australia requires strict adherence to aircraft payloads. To ensure a safe and smooth journey for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
Luggage weight Limit: Each guest is permitted a maximum of 10kg of luggage.
Soft Bags Only: All luggage must be in soft-sided bags (duffel style). Hard-shell suitcases cannot be accommodated in the aircrafts cargo pod.
Guest Weights: To calculate the aircraft's safe takeoff weight, we require the body weight of all passengers at the time of booking.
Why the strict limits? We use specialised charter aircraft designed for remote landings. These weight restrictions ensure maximum safety and performance over the rugged Kimberley terrain.
